To understand human behaviors, many psychologists conducted surveys and models to classify personalities into categories. For example, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) by psychologist Carl Jung is a popular personality inventory, which contains characteristics grouped into four scales of opposite poles: 1. Extroversion (E) / Introversion (I), 2. Sensing (S) / Intuition (N), 3. Thinking (T) / Feeling (F), 4. Judging (J) / Perceiving (P).
