What Makes A Person s Personality - 1995 Words
Human beings are unique with their particular traits. Each person is constructed from various characteristics, which define a personââ¬â¢s personality. Even twins differ at some points. To understand human behaviors, many psychologists conducted surveys and models to classify personalities into categories. For example, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) by psychologist Carl Jung is a popular personality inventory, which contains characteristics grouped into four scales of opposite poles: 1. Extroversion (E) / Introversion (I), 2. Sensing (S) / Intuition (N), 3. Thinking (T) / Feeling (F), 4. Judging (J) / Perceiving (P). Readers will answer 64 questions to find out what his or her personality is, and then has a general idea about what kind of work that person should fit. I myself have taken some surveys about human behaviors. Based on the surveys and my own subjective consciousness, I consider that the three key characteristics which make up most of my behaviors and attitude are responsibility, detail orientation, and judgment. Responsibility is the first coming into my mind when I describe myself. This is also the value I always highlight and follow. Being responsible helps me to consider every important aspect before making a decision. Every problem has its causes and consequences.
